About KAIHUI

A precision manufacturer built around one workflow

KAIHUI Precision Panels designs and produces acrylic, polycarbonate, film, and die-cut components for OEM and industrial customers from our facility in Qingdao, Shandong, China.

KAIHUI manufacturing facility overview

One roof, five manufacturing systems

Rather than sourcing panels, overlays, films, and die-cut parts from separate suppliers, our customers work with a single manufacturing partner across all five categories: acrylic panels, PC panels, PC/PET graphic overlays, in-mold decoration films, and adhesive & electronic die-cut components.

Every project — regardless of category — moves through the same structured workflow: design review, tooling and sampling, precision cutting or molding, lamination and assembly, inspection, and packaging for delivery. That consistency is what lets components from different product systems fit together reliably in one finished assembly.

How We Work

Manufacturing strengths that carry across every project

One-Stop Precision Manufacturing

Acrylic, polycarbonate, film, and die-cut capabilities under one roof, reducing the number of suppliers a project depends on.

Tight-Tolerance Die-Cutting

Precision die-cutting and CNC processes suited to thin, multi-layer materials that demand accurate, repeatable cuts.

Structured Sample Review

Structured sampling process to validate fit, finish, and function before committing to full production tooling.

Stage-by-Stage Inspection

Incoming, in-process, and outgoing checks built into the workflow to catch deviations before parts ship.
